In class or online class + in-vehicle

This is for students who are ready to move on to the class 5 license. The program consists of 10 hours behind-the-wheel training and 15 hours of classroom instruction.

The 10 hours behind-the-wheel training consists of patient, friendly and effective instruction ensuring safety and comfort throughout. We start from the very basics of driving and gradually move up at a reasonable pace until the students are confident in their ability to safely drive on urban and rural roadways.

The 15 hours of online class instruction includes a comprehensive study of the Government of Alberta approved curriculum for Class 5 drivers. Classroom participation is encouraged to engage the student’s interest and maximize learning. Our instructors are very knowledgeable on the subject matter and have real world experience to compliment the theory.

This program provides the perfect blend between technical behind-the-wheel training and textbook theory. This not only allows the student to learn how to navigate through the roadways in a safe manner but also provides a deeper understanding of the importance of road regulations and their implementation.

Upon successful completion of this program, we are authorized by the Government of Alberta to issue our students a certificate of completion which will ensure your insurance premium will be reduced.
